Due to difference in ingredient textures, not all fondant cakes can be replicated as a cream cake. Cake sponge is equally moist for both fondant and cream cakes. For fondant cakes, a thin layer of fondant (sugar paste) is added for design purposes.

For optimal moisture content, customers are advised to leave cake in an air conditioned room instead of the refrigerator.

Utmost care will be taken during delivery. However, The Nest will not be liable for any damages occurred once cake leaves company premises and during transit. For added assurance, please arrange for self-collection.
